The Effects of Upper Limb Function and Task Performance on Training of Informative Mechanism With Stroke

Abstract
Objective : This research studied the effect of neurocognitive rehabilitation on upper limb functions and performance abilities of stroke patients with upper limb disabilities.

Methods : The subject of this research wax two participants with right hemiplegia£¬who have normal cognitive abilities and are willing to participate in this research after understanding the purpose of this research. The research was conducted total of twenty times over four weeks, five times a week.

Results : As the result, participant l`s upper limb function improved 1 point on the normal side and 5 points on the paralyzed side. Participant l`s daily activity ability improved 6 points total. Participant 2`s upper limb function improved 1 point on the normal side and 10 points on the paralyzed side. Participant 2`s daily activity ability improved 3 points total.
Conclusion : Therefore, neurocognitive rehabilitation had a positive effect on upper limb functions and performance abilities improvement.
